MIGAS alumna Olivia Mutch completed her Process Plant Operations Traineeship as part of our Shell QGC Pathways Apprentice and Trainee Program in Chinchilla.

Olivia embodies the transformative power of regional career development. Her journey from trainee to trade professional serves as an inspiration to aspiring Australian Apprentices and showcases the enduring success of MIGAS's long-standing partnership with Shell’s QGC business in the region.

Olivia stars in Shell’s latest campaign, The Power of Local Community, eloquently sharing her own local career success story. 

After completing her traineeship, Olivia secured a full-time role with Shell QGC and is now a Lead Gas Plant Operator.

Since 2016, MIGAS has collaborated with Shell's QGC business to nurture local talent and create meaningful career pathways in the Western Downs. This partnership has not only bolstered the local workforce but has also demonstrated the immense potential that lies within regional communities.
