Human Resources Traineeship

A Human Resources Traineeship can provide the knowledge you need to explore opportunities with businesses of all sizes.

MIGAS traineeships offer exposure to your future role and allow you to learn skills like people management, assessing candidates, interviewing and supporting your Human Resources Manager.

Undertaking an HR Traineeship is a great way to jumpstart your career and gain exposure to the industry. After completing your Human Resources Traineeship, you’ll have the skills you need to explore a variety of roles and build a successful career as an HR assistant, coordinator or manager.

It typically takes 12 months to complete a Human Resources Traineeship. During that time we will facilitate your placement with a host from our national network of employers. Your host will provide hands-on training and exposure to the industry, and MIGAS will support you to enrol in a Registered Training Organisation to complete a nationally accredited qualification.
